Our down duvets are made in a small Austrian town close to Lake Constance. We went to see for ourselves how the manufacturer has been making them for decades using only the best materials.  

For instance, they use only top quality down and feathers which meet strict selection criteria and are obtained in an animal-friendly manner. This raw material is washed with water from Lake Constance. The fabrics used for the ticking are of a very high quality which you can feel immediately..

CottonCounts offers three sorts of duvet: the Finesse 550, the Legend 650 and the Premium 750.

The Finesse 550 contains 90% duck down and 10% white duck feathers, grade 1 materials of European origin. The ticking is made from 100% cotton.

The Legend 650 and the Premium 750 contain 100% goose down. The down used in the Legend 650 is of European origin. The ticking is made from 100% Mako cotton which means it is of very high quality. The Premium 750 is filled with down from Masuria in Poland. Its ticking is made from very fine 100% Mako Batist cotton. 

The difference between the duvets is in the materials used. The Premium 750 and the Legend 650 are lighter than the Finesse 550 because they only contain down. The ticking of the Premium 750 is more luxurious  than the ticking of the Legend 650. But you will sleep like a prince or princess under all of our duvets.

The duvets are available in three warmth categories. Category 1 (light) is for people who are quickly warm, who often leave their window open at night and turn the heating down. Category 2 (medium) is for people who sleep at night in a slightly lower temperature than during the day and need a duvet offering normal warmth. Category 3 (warm) is for people who get cold quickly and can make good use of extra warmth.

Once you have placed your order, your duvet will be custom-made for you in Austria. For this reason, the delivery time is roughly ten working days. For size 260 x 220 cm a delivery time of approximately four weeks applies.
